Executive Director, Cliff Flamer, founded BrightSide Résumés out of his passion and talent for leading clients to fulfilling work. Cliff's coaching career began in 1998 where, as a recruiter, he guided 100s of job candidates to success by providing guidance throughout the job-search process, from initial submittal of their application through interviewing and salary negotiation.

In order to best assist his job candidates, Cliff collaborated with numerous hiring managers and HR staff to ascertain their wants, needs, and demands. In doing so, he developed a valuable insight into the hiring process, mastering the widely accepted standards as well as the nuances stemming from hiring managers' preferences, seniority, and worldview.

Since his recruiting days, Cliff has shifted full-time into career counseling and résumé writing to further leverage his Masters in Career & College Counseling and National Counseling Certification. Also a published author and graduate professor, he's spoken at numerous government sponsored and private events and worked in a variety of coaching environments including private practice, universities, community colleges, and vocational institutions.
